The President represents the Society to the Union and the University and is responsible for ensuring that the Society is run according to Union regulations and the Constitution as far as can be reasonably expected.

The secretary is responsible for taking minutes at meetings, keeping Society records in good order and carrying out the majority of communication duties, including weekly emails.

In conjunction with the President, the Treasurer has financial responsibility for the Society and is responsible for the day-to-day financial duties of the society.
Campaigns Officer

The Campaigns Officer is responsible for co-ordinating the campaigning efforts of the society and maintains a professional association with the Union’s LGBTUA+CO on behalf of the Exec.
Welfare & Equal Opportunities Officer

The Welfare & Equal Opportunities Officer is responsible for ensuring the effective provision of welfare services provided by the society, including safer sex materials, sexual health information and advice surrounding coming out.
